Basement / Supply and Strategy
Hi,
Does anyone know and can explain how the strength of the NPCs in Basement and Supply are based on?
I was guessing that it was based on your current account level, or highest team member level
Also does Strategy stack? that is if I can two unique of the same, or a rare and a unique of the same strategy does it stack, or only the highest counts?

Also what the hell is "comrade position"...
Comrade position is the area where you place your characters. In short, your half of the field.
And for the "stratigies" besides things like the charming flashlight and new blood i dont think i have seen hard duplicates for things. If it is a duplicate It is usually a strategy with a stronger or weaker buff of the same type.

No problem. I dont know much about the scailing. I am keeping my characters at 141 it says they have 427k combat strength. They are doing fine with the current basement search and supply run. I want to promote some other characters before aiming for the next skill set (lvl 161). Town management was a pain when i leveled up too quickly last time.
