This is going to be excellent. For people that don't know or are skeptical, FBH is actually a very well-spoken person who will make a great, professional addition to the lineup. On top of that, he speaks English fairly well so maybe we'll get to see him on the English stream once in a while?
I'd love to see him on the pre-game show with Mr Chae and Engine to introduce himself. I guess he'll also be on the GSL show Baneling? That'll be cool.
Probably, as all of the korean casters are involved with that show. It's gonna be really good to see firebathero be more involved with the sc2 scene :D

and i think the fanbase was fairly upset at how BM his merry go round was. but i think people kind of just accepted it after SaviOr just started slumping hard after that dance (especially when they think it's what broke him trololol).

Well he did play for Ace in PL (SC2 games that is). I guess with their future being sketchy his better chance is probably to do something like this.
His military service is done. He was discharged like a week or two ago.
Yeah but going through the motions again. Like HotS coming out and him having to practice to learn new strategies. Maybe he just doesn't want to do it all over again. You are prob right. Safer to become a commentator.
Plus he could always transition back if he really wanted to. I'm sure plenty of teams would love to pick up fbh, not to mention the strat "reset" that will occur around HOTS release.

He's not going to play sc2? That makes me so sad, he was always one of my favourite terrans.

Aall of my dreams and wants, firebathero is such a crazy awesome nerd baller that I used him as an example in a presentation about South Korean internet culture once
FBH was one of those players who always seemed he was just short of greatness. That with a little more focus he could be one of the best ever. It's a shame his playing career is over. However, I imagine he'll have amazing insights as a caster.
I look forward to him rendering analysis on an MC celebration.
