When I have too much garlic my mouth tastes garlic for the rest of the day. With Sucralose my mouth tastes sweet for the rest of the day. With onions, oniony. What is this effect called?
I'm pretty sure this is a different phenomenon than 'after taste' because I can't wash it out of my mouth.
