Is it possible to influence your next duty station anymore

So I’ve been in the military for over 7 years next month and I’ve been overseas for 4 years. I’m currently stationed in Korea and I finally feel ready to come back to stateside. I’d like to get something close to home so Tinker AFB would be great or Dyess. But I heard BoP are going away for second term airmen. So is there any other way to apply to a specific base anymore. ? Months before I arrived in Korea I apply for a follow on and it got denied. Is it possible to apply for a second one since I am 8 months out from my deros

Any advice Is appreciated.
