Xbox Crystal - Xecutor - Evo X

The "Games" tab has totally disappeared out of nowhere, so I haven't been able to play on this Xbox since 2021. I don't know if it has anything to do with these buttons (2nd photo). The 3rd photo shows what it's supposed to look like (not my Xbox). Does anyone know how to fix this?
