New to Nix, and interested. How is it possible that Nix scores this high in the Github Language Stats?

See: https://madnight.github.io/githut/#/pull_requests/2022/3

AFAIK Nix is only used for making packages right? How is it possible it's ranked this high?

For example compared to C#. Is it that popular?
