How to get rid of dandruff

About three years ago, I started having dandruff problems. Over time I started to get it not only in my hair, but face too. I used this shampoo that was working well but they stopped making it or something. Every other shampoo I tried only helps reduce it a bit, or makes it worse. I am so sick and tired of this shit…

Can any of you fellow dudes share some tips on how to overcome this annoying affliction?
