Apple TV 4K 3rd gen judder

Hello I have a new 77 b2 and just got an Apple TV 4K 3rd gen. I am noticing a noticeable increase in judder on the Apple TV. Even my wife who usually can’t tell sdr vs Dolby vision noticed it. I updated the setting so there is no trumotion on. I tried everything I could think of I matched frame rate and range. I tried match frame rate off. Tried 4.2.0 vs rgb high and nothing seems to fix it. Any other suggestions before I return it and deal with the slower lg os with better PQ?
