is it just me or do the series 4 dolls have stiffer joints?

i have 5/6 of the series 4 dolls + a duplicate of Mila. they all have really stiff joints, and some of them don't even move, specifically elbows and knees. the only doll of mine without any problems is Coco

is that normal? does anyone else have this issue with series 4?
