Should I move to Toronto or Montreal

Hello r/askTo , soon I will be moving to Canada on my work permit. I might have a chance to choose between Toronto or Montreal. Considering pay of 70k CAD, which will be a better city?

The following points for consideration

1. I will be working in Tech or IT job
2. I am fluent in English but no idea of French, so not sure what will be the impact of it
3. I have lived my entire life in Asia, so cuisine and culture wise I should fit it
4. I understand that Toronto housing is crazy right but considering long term prospects, I want to decide where to settle or get my PR.

Please note that my TECH firm has offices in only these 2 cities, hence my option is limited to these 2. and it will be a hybrid work 2 days commute in a week.
