Cassidy ult boost?

Is their anything that can speed up how fast Cassidy's ult lock on takes? Kitsune rush? Nano boost? Anything? I purely ask cause the lock on for roadhogs largeness is so long I could watch the entire Harry Potter franchise in the time it takes. Very annoying on an ultimate that requires perfect timing while also being super easy to cancel before it's effective for a good use.
