An "ergonomic" (boobie/butt) mouse pad my friend has.

He is a very open individual but this is the one thing he is hesitant to share. I have used 2 of my 3 guesses. Information I know is that it is out of stock and not coming back in stock, but wasn't advertised as limited edition. I know it is not female and it is not human. I also know it is not sonic or pokemon. It is something he things is obscure. Help me internet you are my only hope.
