Flying/traveling with migraine

Hey everyone! I wanted to ask if anyone had tips or tricks that help them curb their migraines while in the airport or flying. My family lives a good 8 hour flight from where I currently live, so when I fly to see them it’s almost guaranteed I get a migraine (on Nurtec preventatively and have Botox, and take Sumatriptan as an abortive). I am planning to get an off the shoulder bag in the future to keep the weight off my shoulders, but any other product suggestions or tips are appreciated!
