Story time, how bad *really* did they fuck up, or are you just angry?

To **consul** your soldier you must first blacken out the training room, then all parties involved must don black robes fasten with rope belts so that all parties look like medieval monks. The training room will be cleared of all personnel and lit solely by candle, everything must be spoken in high archaic language and at the end of the **consul** will convene with the soldier in question sacrificing a live goat. This **consul** will then determine if they are worthy to the gods of the Army and if they shall be allowed to progress.

how do you consul a solider so bad it follows them for the rest of their career?
