How to tell what unit of measurement a tape counter is and how to convert to minutes

Hi, so I have an old Sanyo RD S18 and the tape counter for one of my favorite tapes is 850. I want to copy this tape but I’m having a hard time finding out if this is in inches or feet for the tape counter, as well as how one converts to minutes.

Thanks.
