TFs married to other people.

How do you do it? How do you handle it? We are both married and he lives out of state. We happened to come into each other's lives by chance when he came to work here at my job temporarily. We both know there is a strong connection and I was unaware of any of this TF stuff until months after he had left. He now has another job and seems happily married, so we will likely never see each other again. Ever since I have met him, I am struggling to connect back with my spouse. It's like nothing compares to this man and there is no explanation for it because I do love my husband. Me and my TF talk a lot and then go silent or minimal contact for a few days when the connection gets too much. I just don't know what to do. Even when I have tried to force myself to let go, I can't. There is either someone I see that looks like him, I see his name, number or something that reminds me of him constantly. Like he is always there when he isn't. Idk what to do because staying in this is like loving someone you know you will never be with.
