Stremio appears not to be syncing

I'm running Stremio Organizer on iOS, Stremio for macOS, and Stremio for Chromecast with Google TV (Play Store).

I initially thought it was an issue with the iOS app that after adding a bunch of stuff to the library, it wouldn't sync to the TV app. However after I picked up my Mac and added the same items to the library there too, I'm still not seeing them show up on the TV app.

What should I do in order to make the library sync?
