I have until the day after tomorrow to pick a laptop. Which one should I choose (for programming)?

Hey, guys. I'll use the laptop for full stack development (JS, Ract, Node, MongoDB), other side languages (C#/C++) , data science, machine learninig and competitve programming. These are the options:

1. Walmart's Gateway: 15.6" Ryzen 7 3700u, 8GB RAM and 512SSD. ($320)
2. HP: 14" Intel i5-1135G7, 8GB RAM and 256SSD ($380)

Note: I'm in Communist South America and my budget can't go over $380 since they'll charge an extra $100 to get it here, but know that I'll be upgrading the RAM to 32GB (and storage to 500GB if needed) as soon as I get the laptop.
