Any options to create hyperlinks?

I'm running KODI on an NVidia Shield Pro (2019) and subscribe to several streaming services. I would love the option to have hyperlinked menu items and/or library items that took me from KODI to the actual content screen on the provider's service. For example, have a submenu item that links to the Disney+ main Andor screen - and a library item for Andor S01E01 that linked directly to the Disney+ episode.

I am not looking for 'gray area' sources - just the ability to browse Disney+ content from the KODI UI. I'd even expect to create these links manually as I'd want some library items to play local content while others would link to streaming content.

Is this kind of thing possible on menus with custom actions? For library content, is there a way to create a file that gets listed as a movie but 'playing' it activates the link and opens the content provider's app/website?
