Are drug screen companies allowed to disclose to schools/employers if we test positive for prescription medications?

General Question/Discussion

TLDR: Need to take a drug test for school and don't want the school to know what medications I take. I also don't have time to stop taking my meds before the test. If I test positive and have to disclose it, can a drug testing company can share my prescription information with my school?

I was diagnosed with severe ADHD and have been taking prescribed stimulants to try to manage it while in nursing school. I did not want anyone to know this due to the stigma/living in an area where a lot of people are against it. Unfortunately, there was a situation a year ago where I was forced to disclose my mental health diagnoses, and do think I was judged and treated differently after this

I really do not want to disclose the medications I have been taking now, as I'm sure this would cause more judgement/issues for me. But I was recently informed that I have to take a new drug test asap and I don't I have time to stop taking my medication before getting it done. I'm likely just going to have to show my prescription to the testing facility.

In the old report from the same company, it just lists each substance and whether we tested positive or negative, so I'm worried my new report will say I tested positive for stimulants. Our school is sent the full report. Even if it includes the reason why I tested positive, I don't want my school seeing this
