Unpopular Opinion: Removing early dampening from SS would make imbalance worse

I've heard the suggestion on this sub that reducing dampening would fix/greatly improve the meta. But here's an unpopular opinion: if the dampening is nerfed, the games would last longer, and mana regeneration would be even more impactful that it is. Now, if that comes into effect, two healers that benefit the most from that would be prevoker and resto druid. Whilst these two specs already have insane representation in the ladder, I feel that nerfing dampening without other changes would only make the healer imbalance worse than it already is. Sure, the games would last longer, but I find it unlikely it would make healing more desirable for most.
