Looking to upgrade my R12 Storage

Current Setup:

Windows 11

Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz (Liquid Cooled)

NVidia GeForce RTX 3070

Installed RAM 64.0 GB (63.7 GB usable) - (Corsair Vengeance 16X4)

Current Storage: NVME: 256 GB and 2 TB SSD

Proposed New Storage:

Fire Cuda M.2 2TB NVME ($380)

Samsung EVO SSD 4 TB ($280)

1. Will these work with my R12 / Are there any better choices available?
2. Are these the best/fastest options available (I use my PC for Gaming/Simple Office work)
