New Player needing a bit of help

So, I’ve been playing Elden Ring for the past week, and while I’m very new, I’m tinkering with making a Hybrid Caster build (mix of Incantations and Sorceries). Currently I have the meteor staff, and have a lot poured into Faith and Intelligence, but I’m currently at a planning impasse.

I was planning on going down the Frenzied Flame questline to acquire the Frenzied Flame Seal, but I see a lot of people say that the Golden Order Seal is better, and I’m wanting to know which is is better. While the Golden Order Seal does get to high scaling with Faith and Int, the Frenzied Flame Seal scales off of four different stats, so I’m wondering overall which is better?
