Vaping is the worst

I'm 22 years old been hooked on cigs or vaping for the past 8/9 years. I have had periods of quitting for a few months here and there sometimes several months.

Most recently I have had quite the hell of a guilt and shame cycle. I relapsed just before christmas, I was hella stressed out due to it being a rough time of year for me. So I thought might as well buy a dispo. Biggest fuck up ever, lol.

I have since bought and thrown away several dispos over the past few weeks and spending money I shouldn't be spending on it. I honestly just want to quit. I'm in recovery for drug addiction and this has to be the HARDEST addiction to quit (Imo).

I forgot how I quit before since I was a handful of months off it before I just relapsed. I'm generally not happy about this habit. It's taking my time, money and health. I rationalize it by saying "its not as bad as the drugs I did in the past" but it does make my life unmanageable.

For anybody who has been off vaping for several months/years what have you done to help out with the process? It feels like everybody vapes now so it makes it tough to be around people. Have you had experience quitting cold turkey off 20mg? I have NRT 1mg mints I thought of using to make the withdrawal less hard. I'm open to any advice

TLDR; Nicotine has taken over my life again and I need some advice on how I can kick it again.
