Is this a dead line of pixels?

It came out after I launched Assetto Corsa for the first time on my PC, I tried different ports on my 3070 and I can see this line in the bios too.

Drivers are updated and it fist came out 2 days ago, and went away when I closed the game, then yesterday it came out again and it never went away
