Baby's first home theater setup

Team, I just moved into a house I'm renting, and want to get a proper setup for watching movies at night. It's a pretty big open living room space, with a very white wall aesthetic. I'm new to this, just starting out on the research front. Hoping for a setup under $2k, that's not too bulky (it's going to out in the open, not in a dedicated room). I'd like to avoid exposed wiring, but I also have thick cement walls, so not sure what that entails. Also worth noting we have a baby on the way, so I won't get to really blast it much. But you know, I'd love the option to. Appreciate the help!
