Business trip from Oklahoma to Vegas on Monday, will I make it?

I have a direct afternoon flight on Monday to Vegas for work and I'm starting to get nervous I won't make it. I'm not paying so I'm not worried about the finances, I'm just worried about making it in time for our conferences.

I see a mixed bag of flights being fine and flights still being cancelled, are these normal types of everyday cancellations or still some issue with the airline? I've never flown SWA before.
