First Bus App makes me wanna kms

The latest wank update from the first bus app makes it even more difficult and frustrating to plan your journey in advance. First of all, you need to somehow know where your stop is on an areal map like you’re phileas fogg. Then when you put in a specific time you want to leave the app resets to the current eta. I live in Portishead and the nearest bus stops are all at least 15/20 minute walk from my house. So you need to factor that in plus get at least one bud earlier than you need to, just incase it doesn’t turn up. Added to that the app will string you along thinking a bus is 5 minutes away then it just disappears so you have no idea if it’s actually gonna turn up or not. I swear the majority of people that work for First never catch buses….
