How do I go about getting a diagnosis?

22f I'm an extremely anxious person and I'm terrified to make phone calls, especially to the doctor. I was diagnosed with depression about 5 years ago and got prescribed antidepressants, which I stopped taking a year ago and haven't seen a medical professional about my mental health since. I've never had a therapist and I'm holding so much trauma that nobody even knows about. The only reason I got diagnosed with depression was because of my low moods but I never revealed anything else. I have 16 years of trauma and 10 years of csa that I've never told anybody about so actually speaking about it out loud is absolutely terrifying to me, I'm not sure if I'd even be able to do it because I go non verbal in triggering situations. I need to know what steps I can take towards getting a therapist and getting diagnosed cus I just can't do this on my own anymore.
