Is it leukemia?

Cancer

  • mid-October 2022: sore throat after a concert, hurt to swallow. No fever, the pain went away in 2 days, then post-nasal drip started
  • mid-October-4th of November: feeling of leftover post-nasal drip that is stuck, nasally voice. Occasionally throat tickle
  • November 4th: got covid. Almost no upper-respiratory symptoms, but muscle fatigue and pain in my back and shoulders and collarbone area. No fever.
  • November-December: “leftover” post-nasal drip (that feels like it is stuck and not coming down) + muscle aches
  • Second half of December: the muscle aches went away. The stuck post-nasal drip became less. However noticed tonsil stones. Had a mild UTI which went away in 2 days.
  • January: after a leg (!) day in the gym, —> the muscle fatigue in my back/shoulders is back. —> The “stuck” post-nasal drip is back. —> I have a throat tickle. —> Joint and muscle pains going from one spot to another. No fever. I am really afraid that even though the sinus symptoms are mild, they are persistent and it means I have weak immune system? Also, is it typical for leukemia for muscle aches to come and go? I am extremely scared please advise!
