Severe brain fog perimenopause

Does anyone else suffer from severe brain fog in perimenopause, especially around and immediately after period? Its crippling me with exhaustion as well and I'm unable do hobbies and I can't bear to see people. It feels as if everyone is really far away and remote from me. It's really scaring me.
