PGWP refusal

Hello writing on behalf of my friend who doesn’t have reddit.

1. She was out of school in 2017 due to some family issues with finances and dueing that time mistakenly worked for 3months (she didnt know she couldnt)

2. She received a PGWP refusal yesterday January 3 2023 for that reason.

3. She is now without status and obviously has to leave.

What can she do? Are there any pro bono lawyers? Can she apply to be reconsidered? Should she try express entry?

Please help!
