Homeowners: Stop what you're doing and rake your roof NOW

Weather 🌞

Hope everyone is digging out ok and surviving moving this heavy stuff!

Wanted to call attention to the fact that you might not be done moving it yet! You see, this much of the really heavy wet stuff has a way of doing a number on your roof lines/valleys because we're right at that breaking point temperature with melting, and that combined with any heat escaping off your roof is ice damn city.

With temps expected to dip below freezing again in the evening you may only have one shot to rake this all off before it becomes a huge chunk of ice that you'll either have to get up on the roof to deal with yourself or hire someone to take care of to the tune of 100's of dollars.

Don't delay, I've been there before and it's not fun!

Edit: Apparently my PSA is not well received, oh well was just trying to help - hope you don't end up with bad ice dams!
