How to Find Lost Santander Bike

Parked my Santander bike in front of the shop to get something quick today, and watched it got stolen by a male. How could I find my bike? I called the customer service centre and he stated that if the bike was stolen, I would be charged for 300 pound. For now, I cannot use the Santander bike service as well.
