ultrasound tech refused to show me screen?

Doc sent me for an early ultrasound. I'm only 5 weeks 5 days but we struggled to conceive so she wanted to confirm pregnancy and gestational age. The tech was so mean. She refused to show me the screen and refused to give me any info. She said "theres nothing to see this early and I'll leave it at that. Call your doctor" And those words just made me freak out. Is this normal? Should i be worried? I feel like everyone online gets their photos. Even of just their gestational sac. I'm just really upset. Can someone tell me if they experienced this? 😕
