Ontario Ostomy/Catheter assistance programs

My brother has been dealing with a very rough couple of years with his double ostomy and catheter needs. I am doing everything I can, but he is still running out of supplies for at least half the month.

Does anyone here know of any programs that could help him get his supplies at better pricing than retail?
