Tab Ultra Text Conversion

Is it possible to convert your handwritten notes to text and then save the converted text?  I know there is the tiny box you can write in that will convert as you write, but that box is too small and the lag between writing and text conversion is such that you have to wait before you can clear the box and begin more notes.  I'd like to take notes throughout the day, convert them in the evening and organize the converted notes into their own project folders.
