Is there a way to makey advisor stop saying "Spaceborne lifeform encountered" either by using a setting mod, or some other method?

I swear to god he wont shut up! Every 30 seconds i hear him say that goddamn line. It even overlaps with him saying it again! Is there a way to remove that line from the game either with a setting or mod?
