Brand New AyaNeo2 X and Y Buttons Extremely Loud/Feel Different

Hey guys, just got my brand new AyaNeo2 White 2TB/32GB in the mail today.

Does anyone feel like the X and Y buttons are EXTREMELY LOUD and click way differently from the A and B face buttons?

It's almost like the X and Y buttons are striking against something, causing it to vibrate in a much louder and worser way.

I REALLY hope this isnt a defect. Can anyone current Ayaneo2 owners comment ?
