Writing style diferences between Fire&Blood and ASOIAF

So I'm currently reading my first book from SOIAF universe, wich is Fire&Blood, and I'm enjoying a lot this history book type of writing with the fast pace. This made me consider reading the original books from ASOIAF but I'm concerned about not enjoying the writing style because I've heard it's different.

So my question is: Do ASOIAF and Fire&Blood have a similar writing style? Or are the ogs more long, slow burned kind of novels? If so, are this toooooo slow and long? Or should i try to read them?

Thanks for your time!!
