Why are Driver Career transfers not as shocking/interesting as MyTeam transfers?

I’ve experienced this throughout all of my time playing the F1 games. From F1 2020 to F1 22, i only seem to get crazy transfers such as Max to Mercedes or Vettel to RedBull in MyTeam which is a disappointment to someone who prefers the Driver career mode. I’ve tried all of the setting recommendations (lower acclaim gain and stuff like that) in Driver and MyTeam Career, but there are never interesting ones in Driver career. Is there a way to ‘fix’ this?
