Is there a way to block specific keywords/topics from being recomended to me?

I've tried my best to ignore it and even blocked specific channels that pop up but it never stops youtube from showing me the me the type of videos from the most obscure low sub channel simply because the term i searched for has been used by people who searched the other thing. it's anoying.
