Do the Pirates keep calling anyone else here (or am I just special)?
I'm not now nor have I ever been a season ticket holder or whatever. I haven't even been to a game since 2016 (not that I'm boycotting or anything, I just haven't been to a game). I am signed up to get emails from Pirates.com but I don't remember indicating that I was interested in buying tickets or anything.
Since the end of November, I've gotten SIX phone calls from the Pirates from a 412-325-xxxx north shore number and they leave a voicemail each time. Also multiple personal emails about buying tickets. Probably some poor intern that gets tasked with doing this (the emails are actually from a personal name like Smith, Sally as opposed to Pittsburgh Pirates and their name is in the voicemails). In today's voicemail/email they said it would be the last one since I don't seem interested so I guess they're finally giving up.
How desperate do you have to be that you are personally calling/emailing random fans to buy tickets? Is anyone else here getting these?
