Interesting Behavior of the Moon

I was messing around looking at the moon in Far Cry 5 when I noticed it has a habit of moving when the player moves. Thought this was pretty interesting and was wondering why it does that. No, it's not because of moving away or towards it, a back-and-forth motion caused the same effect. Haven't checked this with the sun though.
