i5 6600k is it time to upgrade?

Hi I have an older generation i5 6600k paired with a 3060ti and it seems to underperform. For example warzone is unplayable running on a rough 25 - 30fps. Is it due to bottlenecking? Nonetheless it had me thinking about upgrading, any suggestions where to go from here? Thanks
