I'm not getting proper medical care and I'm on the verge of suicide

I was completely healthy up until 6 months ago when was given antibiotics and it messed up my bile production, since then I got diagnosed with small intestine bacterial overgrowth and a lack of good bacteria in my large intestine, then got sudden endometriosis and it's so extreme that I went from no pain and normal periods to now having constant pain every time walk and had extremely heavy bleeding. The bacteria in my mouth is messed up because of the bacteria in my gut so lve got gum disease and the enamel is coming off my teeth and they've even become loose. The only healthcare I've had is video calls with Gl doctors and one of them said the treatment is more antibiotics, one of which is known to be full of risks including hearing loss. It's a 2 week course and I know I wouldn't get through it it can also cause the same problems it's trying to cure. Another one didn't think it was SIBO and told me to take probiotics which have and they didn't do anything. I've been treated badly by my GP who wouldn't do anything for me. I used to be active and now I can't do anything, I've stopped working, I barely eat anything and my symptoms are getting worse every day. Everything I read about SIBO online makes me think it's hopeless, people on here never get cured. It's given me permanent conditions that are life changing and it's making me suicidal. I really need proper medical care and I can't get it.
