blew up inflatable now i have sores

i recently moved into a new house after 22 years. when i was 3ish (now 26) i had a tweety bird inflatable table & chair set, and its been sitting in the attic sometimes in boxes since then. so when i moved into my new place i wanted to sell it as it could be worth quite a bit now. i wanted to inflate it to make sure it had no holes but did not have a handy tool so i used my mouth on the absolutely disgusting plug only realizing now as i write this that i should've scrubbed it in the sink first. Now for the past week since doing so ive been getting bumps and 'pimples' on my tongue. Google doesnt have anything to say in my searches. Anyone here have an idea of what i gave myself and if it's something that will go away or if i should get medical attention? Also note that none of my family from that time frame had oral herpes so im 99% sure it wouldnt be that ...
