power outage? or something wrong with regional?

I'm sick and at 8 am I called the doctors offices at doctors Park (Dr. Love) and scheduled a televisit for 11 am. 11 rolled around and I never got the text. I've called several times and it goes to voicemail. It's kinda weird. I've been a patient there for 4 years and nothing like this has ever happened. Does anyone know if there's a power outage or something?
