I need help finding subjects for universities

I was originally gonna apply for psychology next year but my parents denied it saying its hard to find a job. I took biology, sociology, psychology and maths with statistics as a level(didn't take the as level exam yet). Can anyone enlighten me with subjects to take in universities that are better than psychology for me? It would be appreciated.
