Which low profile cooler?

I'm building an i5-13600k, from what I found, these are the three best low profile coolers.

• Big Shuriken 3 rev.B
• ID Cooling IS-55
• Thermalright AXP-90 X53

The Big Shuriken 3 seems to be the best according to Hardware Canucks.

Is there a better <70 mm cooler?
